DAY 0

Arrival in Dehradun

  • Arrive at Dehradun airport, railway station, or bus stand — our driver will warmly welcome you.
  • Complimentary luxury hotel check-in with breakfast & dinner included.
  • Acclimatize and relax before your sacred journey begins.
  • Attend a briefing session at 7:30 PM with your tour coordinator — itinerary details and duffel bag distribution.
  • Rest well for an exciting start to your Chardham Yatra.
DAY 1

Dehradun → Yamunotri

🚁 30–40 min flight
  • Depart from Sahastradhara Road state government helipad, Dehradun.
  • Land at Kharsali (Yamunotri) — hotel check-in assisted by our handlers.
  • Breakfast served at Dehradun or Yamunotri, subject to flight time.
  • 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple, or opt for palki/pony ride (included).
  • Divine darshan at the temple dedicated to Goddess Yamuna.
  • Lunch, relaxation, and dinner at the hotel.
  • Evening visit to Shani Mandir and Yamuna Mata Temple.
DAY 2

Yamunotri → Gangotri

🚁 30–40 min flight
  • After breakfast, helicopter to the stunning Harsil valley — Uttarakhand's "Mini Switzerland."
  • Our handlers assist with transfer to the hotel on arrival.
  • Comfortable cab to Gangotri temple, ~20 km from hotel.
  • Darshan at the sacred Gangotri Dham, dedicated to Goddess Ganga — breathtaking mountain and river views.
  • Return to hotel for premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms and delicious vegetarian meals.
  • Opportunities for short walks and local sightseeing in this serene, unexplored valley.

DAY 3

Gangotri → Kedarnath

🚁 30–40 min + shuttle
  • Fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad, then board a 6–10 minute shuttle helicopter to Kedarnath.
  • Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during helicopter change — weather and shuttle slot dependent.
  • VIP Darshan at the legendary Kedarnath Temple — one of the 12 Jyotirlingas — amid snow-capped peaks.
  • Our handlers escort you for priority entry at the shrine.
  • Transfer back from Kedar Top helipad to Kedar Basecamp.
  • Comfortable overnight stay at Kedar Basecamp with dinner.
DAY 4

Kedarnath → Badrinath

🚁 30–40 min flight
  • Depart Kedarnath Basecamp with panoramic views of deep valleys and Himalayan peaks.
  • Arrive at Badrinath Helipad — hotel check-in, breakfast or lunch on arrival.
  • VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan at the sacred Badrinath Temple.
  • Explore Mana Village — the first Indian village on the Indo-Tibetan border.
  • Visit Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Bheem Pul (bridge), and the origin of the Saraswati River.
  • Return to hotel for a comfortable stay and delicious dinner.
DAY 5

Badrinath → Dehradun

  • Breakfast (if departure time allows) and final blessings of Badri Narayan.
  • Return flight to Dehradun carrying cherished spiritual memories.
  • Luggage collection from hotel and comfortable transfer to airport, railway station, or bus stand.

Policies & Important Notes

All policies are in place to ensure your safety, comfort, and a smooth pilgrimage experience.

⚖️ Weight & Luggage

  • Max 6 passengers per helicopter; total weight limit 445 kg
  • Passengers above 75 kg: ₹2,500 per kg extra (collected in Dehradun)
  • Incorrect weight declaration: ₹3,000/kg or de-boarding without refund
  • 1 soft duffel bag (max 5 kg) per person — provided by us on Day 1
  • No hard-case luggage or large bags allowed

📅 Rescheduling

  • 20% charge applies for rescheduling 30+ days before tour
  • Less than 30 days notice: fresh booking required + cancellation charges
  • Passenger changes not allowed within 48 hrs of departure

❌ Cancellation

  • Up to 30 days before: 40% cancellation charge
  • 0–30 days before: no refund
  • If yatra cancelled from Dehradun due to force majeure: 10% deducted as service charge
  • No refund for government restrictions, natural calamities, or national emergencies

💳 Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required at time of booking
  • Balance due 30 days before departure
  • Full payment must be completed before boarding the helicopter
  • Single occupancy supplement: ₹45,000 per person (tax inclusive)

🌧️ Weather & Flight

  • Flights are NSOP — subject to weather & regulatory permissions (DGCA, ATC)
  • Dham sequence may change due to weather or government orders
  • We recommend one buffer day beyond the 5N/6D itinerary
  • Passenger safety is our absolute top priority — no unnecessary risks taken

🏨 Accommodation

  • Rooms on double/triple sharing basis (single occupancy at extra cost)
  • Hotel properties subject to availability — alternatives may be provided
  • Final hotel list shared 30 days prior to travel date
  • Extra night halts charged directly to guest

📄 Documents Required

  • Aadhaar Card mandatory for Indian nationals
  • Passport required for foreign nationals
  • Infants under 2 years travel free (valid ID/Birth Certificate required)
  • Disclose any medical or special conditions in advance

🚁 Kedarnath Shuttle

  • Shuttle operated by IRCTC — delays possible (10 min to 3 hrs)
  • If Kedarnath is not covered on Day 4, darshan will be done on Day 5 and Badrinath same day
  • Group passengers may be split across different shuttle flights

Note: No special poojas are included in the package but can be arranged at extra cost if requested in advance. Mobile networks (Airtel, JIO, BSNL) are available at all dham locations.
